It's summer.........cut up potatoes, onions, bell pepper, any kind of squash you have handy---zukes--and put all of that on a double layer of foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper--a pat of butter...and a dash of Worcestershire and a thin slice of lemon. Fold the foil up so no leaks and grill the packets for 7-10 minutes on high heat on each side. Unwrap and eat. Called Hobo Dinner

@Gemi30 VERY good...I'm a chef. Not lying here. EASY.....FAST and GOOD. You can also do the same packets---------with shrimp, cut up corn on the cob, onions, whole baby potatoes, Old Bay Seasoning, lemon and butter and lump crab meat.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (85/15 recommended)
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 hamburger buns, split for serving
Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles for serving
Instructions
In a large skillet, combine beef, water, mustard, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Simmer over medium heat until the beef is cooked through, about 5 minutes, breaking up clumps of meat with a spoon. Stir in onion.
Serve meat on buns with toppings on the side such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and pickles.

Cook it and throw in some beans, tomatoes and onions. Kind of like chili without the gross chili seasonings.
