Do you waste your food or finish your plate without wasting ?

Sometimes the food we get served in our company is too much to eat even though if asked to serve less they insist keeping more. so i had to eat evrything. But sometimes i can't eat so had to waste it. i feel bad when i do that.

@trackboy lol i guess but they also think the amount of food they are making for a meal should be served without a leftovers but they don't think about the wastage

@trackboy ofcourse yes. am not fat though. its my gene ha ha. But we do have a recreational gym to exercise but even then if we eat this much food for each meal we are definitive to be fat in some days lol

@Lonelymanik awesome a lot of fat people at work. thats not really that much food. I eat more then that and have 7% body fat. 😺
