Do you waste your food or finish your plate without wasting ?

Sometimes the food we get served in our company is too much to eat even though if asked to serve less they insist keeping more. so i had to eat evrything. But sometimes i can't eat so had to waste it. i feel bad when i do that.

I try to order what I think I can eat. It’s always easy to order something else if it wasn’t enough. There are some places that just give outrageous portions, and if you’re not expecting it, you can end up with leftovers for days.

@SW-User thats good to order but when i see the amount of food getting wasted for each meal it worries me a lot.
