I have eaten carolina reaper, I use hot sauce made from it all the time. I think ghost peppers are a touch hotter, personally, but it could just be that the heat is more persistent. I'm kind of dying to try Pepper X at some point.
@KiwiBird Like I said, just from a personal perspective. I understand the capsaicin concentration is higher, but it wasn't as severe a burn for me. 🤷♀️
