What kinds of food do you like to have on the Fourth of July?

Brisket, potato salad, cole slaw, grilled corn, big tall glass of sweet iced tea...

That's a tall order. I could go for that. But it's not the 4th of July without burgers, hotdogs, steaks and ribs on the grill. We also grilling chicken. That's a lot of meat I know.
