How was your dinner?
Mine was great. Spicy hamburger with beefsteak tomato on a toasted onion bun.

@FoolishLuna it took me a little while but I figured out how to use it . Steak was tender , perfectly medium . Put it in a vacuum seal bag and dropped it in the pot for an hour at 129 degrees . Then on the grill maybe 2.5 mins a side to brown . Marinated it earlier today . Was perfect and easy
