@SW-User true! i supplement in winter, but it can use up your magnesium in supplement form, so i keep it reasonable. i also supplement magnesium year round. it's good for my fibromyalgia.

@pentacorn sounds like youre well on top of it 👌guess youd have to be though if you suffer with fibromyalgia, can only imagine imagine how lacking these would add to the discomfort.

@Quizzical Yeah i've thought about whether it's truly viable as a natural way of eating and staying optimal. Outside of a society that can trade foods from around the world it's not really.
So it's technically not natural for an optimal body or at least a body that doesn't have deficientcies as most of our biologically available B12 (or b6, i forget) is processed by other animals for us. You could argue it's viable now obviously as we have access to everything but without supplements or trade most people would be deficient in a few things. It's certainly a luxery to choose.
