@Tanoos I was told dum biriyani is when they cooked together, and the rice is so fragrant. Till this day, I think the biriyani I had in UAE was one of the best.

@UnderTheBridge the taste is depend on the quality of rise and freshness of chicken..I used India gate Pure Basmati rise and Alyoum fresh chicken...and biriyani masala I make in home..and the gee..it should be Amul or RKG.
