I've been eating vegetarian for 6 months, do you think lack of something found in meat is the reason for my skin outbreaks?

Or may tofu give such problems?

I've noticed these outbreaks before, I was a part time vegetarian (without tofu or Quorn, I just skipped meat), and I didn't have pimples the month around like I do now when being a full-time vegetarian.

@DonaldTrumpet Over twenty five per cent of people in Europe, Donald, have an allergic reaction to carrots. I'm not sure about abroad.

@DonaldTrumpet It's called pollen food allergy syndrome but it's a complete waste of time trying to discuss it here as you know.
