I've been eating vegetarian for 6 months, do you think lack of something found in meat is the reason for my skin outbreaks?

Or may tofu give such problems?

I've noticed these outbreaks before, I was a part time vegetarian (without tofu or Quorn, I just skipped meat), and I didn't have pimples the month around like I do now when being a full-time vegetarian.

When we're talking about outbreaks, are we talking about acne or allergy? Is it itchy? does collect fluid?

Tofu can trigger an allergic reaction.

If it's acne, how do you cook your veggies? Do you use oil? Or butter? How much every day?

How often do you wash your face? Do you use an anti-bacterial soap?

Do you use skin foundation or powder regularly?

Hormones and stress both play a major role but the above things make it worse. Soy reduces estrogen and that can cause acne. Zinc deficiency increases skin problems, Taking B12 more than you need can increase them too.
