When was the last time u ate a bowl of cereal ?

Do you eat cereal. hen was the last time you had a bowl of it. For me it was yesterday.
But this time it was Corn Flakes. It was pretty good even thought I added sugar.
What about you. When was the last time you had a bowl of cereal. 🙂

Once a week or so....usually one of the Whole Grain Mueslix type ones with fruit. I don't add sugar.
