What are you having for breakfast ?

I think I’m going to have baked Mac and cheese for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Breakfast casserole. A mixture of: Chorizo sausage, extra sharp white cheddar cheese, hash brown potatoes, green onions, red bell pepper, and eggs whipped with half and half, baked in the oven.

@Byron8by7 I love chorizo sausage it’s so good, and I usually don’t like sausage much.

@Stark This is my "recipe" I developed over the years. You could use other types of sausage as well.
