Salmon and potatoes - either mashed or baked.

@Byron8by7 I never used to eat fish so have no confidence cooking it. Really should though as love a nice piece of salmon with some baby potatoes

@mangomonkey I cook salmon in a non-stick pan with copious butter, and I use the salmon butter to make mashed potatoes, or I put it on a baked potato.
