No, just do veggies,preferably green and lots of water. You don't need to juice, because that can get real expensive. If you can handle the texture, try just blending for smoothies. Stay away from as much processed. Try some tofu recipes and whole grains.

You just need to cleanse your body for a week or so...cheap and easy. Google that

I have Googled it but the thing is its quite varied these cleansing processes. The constant is tons of fruits and water but some personal experience might help personalise the cleanse!
