Do you make 'cold weather' dishes when it's warm out?

Like beef stew, chili, and soups? I'm thinking of making chicken and dumplings today. 🐓

My best dishes are cold weather dishes. I make a good beef stew, cottage pie (it can't be Shepherd's pie unless it's got lamb in it!), goulash, ham and split pea soup and steak and kidney (or mushroom) pie!
