@cherokeepatti Does it taste good?

@Travelbug I hadn’t had it in years when I was working at Walmart...a customer dropped their bag and it had a bottle of Worcestershire sauce in it on the tile floor in the entrance. The front end manager asked me to clean it up and I did and my mouth watered for a couple hours till I got off work. And I went straight to the grocery aisles and got a bottle of Worcestershire sauce and bought it and brought it home to use on the meat for dinner. Hamburgers are really good cooked with onions and it in them.

@SW-User It has an umani flavor that enhances protein foods and foods with tomatoes in it. I love it, makes my mouth water. I dip chicken, steak, ground beef patties, etc. in it.

@cherokeepatti yes it's very versatile. I think they use it in bloody Mary cocktails too. There is also I think lea and perrin sauce that is supposed to be similar

@Travelbug Lea & Perkins is the only brand I’ll buy now...there’s a Sonic drive in that grills hamburgers and if I’m out in my yard in the summer or have my windows open I can smell their burgers from over 4 blocks away if the breeze is blowing from that way and my mouth waters, smells like they use Worcestershire sauce and onions in them.

@cherokeepatti Hmm. By the way you describe it I guess I wouldn’t drink it straight out of the glass like I would fruit juice. I’d try it as a dip as well.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@SW-User No you can add a little bit to tomato juice (it’s not for sweet foods) and dip meats in it. I have also used it to marinate chicken before cooking.
SW-User
@cherokeepatti I see. I thought it was more like a smoothie at first.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@SW-User No it’s a sauce you buy in the grocery stores in glass bottles.
