@justberniegirl Its a mildly spicy mildy sweet mexican sausage usually served for breakfast.
It is known for its smokey paprika and salt taste.
Traditionally, it is mixed wi5h scrambled eggs and served as a breakfast dish.
Particularly good when served over a bed of chilaquilas.
(Chilaquilas; corn tortillas fried in oil and salsa)
