Would you eat meat that had been grown in a lab?

Saw a report on the development of meat, specifically beef, being grown in a lab for human consumption. The scientists take a few cells via sample from the animal. This doesn't harm said animal. Then they use the genetic information to grow the meat product.

They claim it's healthier. Free from antibiotics and other harmful things but I'm not sure. The process and concept is fascinating for sure but my mind struggles to trust it. 🤔

I'd wanna see a comprehensive study of people from different genetical backgrounds eating it for a long period of time first.
