@monimathu Do they cause skin allergies. I’ve heard that touching raw cashew pods can break out the skin. And we have something called poison ivy that causes a lot of people to break out in a bad blustery rash when they touch it...if a person is highly allergic to poison ivy they can have a reaction to cashew nuts too.

@monimathu I love cashews nuts but I bought some cashew milk they sell here to drink. Too much cashew for me, felt like my insides were on fire...liver, and other organs inflamed.

@monimathu If I could drink cow’s milk I wouldn’t buy other types of milk. I’m just drinking almond milk now. I can eat cow’s milk yogurt though.

@monimathu Looks good but I’ll just eat a few when I have them, I don’t get them all the time.
