Dark chocolate. Esp over 60% dark.

The higher the cocoa content, the more bitter the chocolate bar. Guiraldi (prob not spelled correctly) makes a extreme dark chocolate bar.

Anything dark chocolate labelled is bitter. I prefer milk chocolate or white.
