Fish. When I was in Turkey in the Military during desert shield and desert storm I was offered dinner at the Turkish Officers club. They had fish. What I didn't know until I got there was in Islamic places, they don't clean the fish. They cook it whole. I had to fight it down or risk insulting their culture.
