Marbled with just the right amount of fat in it
thick ,well seasoned
But I debone chicken ,soak it in a marinade ,
I take a good roast sometimes ,,run it through my slicer
Marinade the slices for days ,,then put it in my dehydrator
killer jerky
I like my southern fried chicken skin one
Roasted with vegetables with it off

Lean meat is tough and no flavor ,,I avoid anything that has
"Round " in its name
