@KiwiBird oh I would so be down for trying that. Is it good?

@sarabee1995 It's lean, low fat so if you cook it any more than medium rare it tends to toughen up. It's slightly gamey but not overly so. Sort of a cross between Venison and Goat. My favourite Steak.
