Oh yummmm... That's just the way I love them! How do you do that without breaking the yellows? I always break the yellows. 😕

@Elisbch Crack your eggs in a bowl. Make use of fresh ones. The fan must be in high heat, pour oil, wait for not more than 4 minutes to fry it. If the edges are turning brown, take it off slowly from its edge to the center.
