Has anyone done the whole 30 diet?
I'm thinking about giving it a shot, but it looks like it'd be difficult...

@sarabee1995 I didn't either. A guy I work with is doing it with his fiance the month before their wedding. They've done it before and he said he feels so much better when they do it. The more I look into it, the more difficult it seems to become lol
