Do you cringe when people say soda instead of pop?

I no longer cringe at hearing "soda." I grew up hearing and saying "pop," and when I was in junior high, a kid moved from another part of the country where "soda" was the prevalent term, and we became good friends, so I got used to it. In my early adult years, I went through a period where I said "soda pop" just to confuse people.
