What does Hummus taste like

I know some have tried this but what does it taste like ? I heard everything from good to like cardboard.

LOL I misread your post. At first glance, I though it said, "What do Humans taste like?" I thought, are you an alien?

Hummus is good. It's made from garbanzos, so, that's what it tastes like, with olive oil and some Mediterranean spices. Try it.
