Do you use oil even with non-stick frying pans?

@SW-User non-stick don't need oil because the food doesn't stick even without it, that's why they were invented.

@HannibalAteMeOut Obviously, why I mentioned I don't have a non stick frying pan :) Oil does that job perfectly and you only have to pay attention when you cook.
