What would eating a whole block of cheese do to your health?

gut wise,weight wise etc.
BalmyNites · F
Not a lot, but I'd feel incredibly guilty afterwards 😄
Spokeskitties75 · 46-50, M
Not nearly as bad as eating the equivalent in carbs.
redredred · M
constipate you, raise your triglyceride level and cholesterol count and make you very happy anyway.

Well it's got no dietary fibre so there's health issues associated with that, IBD being one, and it is mostly saturated fat so small amount is ok but in massive amounts it's not good. Think increased cholesterol higher risk of diabetes. Still if it's done just as a one-off and you have a normal healthy diet, and at your age then you'll probably be fine.

It would melt the paint off the walls. Period.

It will probably make it hard to go yo the bathroom.
antisocialbutterfly · 22-25, F
weight wise it may not cause a problem depending on how many other calories you consumed that day
Rabbo · 26-30, F
@antisocialbutterfly Just pretend you had breakfast and lunch already and decided to have a whole cheese block for dinner.
antisocialbutterfly · 22-25, F

Not all cheese is created equal. Some "cheese" is merely a milk by product.

All the poops.
Depends; it does contain fat, and to someone who doesn’t digest dairy easily, it would likely mean an extremely upset stomach.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
Nothing much, unless you ate like that for several days
