@sarabee1995 In the mornings I usually just have black tea with a little sugar to warm up and get moving. Towards the end of the day I will have decaffeinated. 😀

@TimSummers So someone has told you that this natural caffeine that is in every tea leaf, coffee bean, cocoa bean, and dozens of other plants and which gives you no ill side effects is bad for you? And you believe them? Interesting.

@TimSummers I'm just teasing. I'm sure too much of anything is not good for you. All things in moderation, right?

But I literally feel no impact from caffeine. I don't get the withdrawal headaches when I don't have my caffeine and I don't get the jitters when I do. I can have a cup of tea or a coke before bed and I sleep just fine. For whatever reason, I seem to metabolize it fine.

And yet, everyone says it's bad for me. Oh yeah? How so?

@sarabee1995 Maybe if you stopped drinking caffeine you would find out? Maybe you have such a large tolerance for caffeine that is why you see no affect now?

I can think of a few things that I would love to have too much of.

@TimSummers I had zero caffeine during Basic. Nine weeks. No headache. And I've had other times when I've had almost zero caffeine. And times when I've had a lot. It does not impact me at all.
