So...I made pizza tonight with the dough I made last night...

It was pretty good for my first time making dough...

Roasted garlic to add on...


Now I’m deciding if I should try a new chocolate chip cookie recipe. 🤔

@marsbar we use mozzarella cheddar and a little bit of parmesan

@Arorin The Italian blend has parmesan, asiago, fontina & mild provolone.

@marsbar cheddar has the best flavor though but when melted it doesnt hold well so it needs the mozzarella and parmesan to hold it in place

@Arorin Ok. I’ll remember that for next time. Is it mild, sharp or extra sharp cheddar?

@marsbar the more sharp the better I think but also a very small amount. Because it doesnt hold up at all. I think we only used about 4 ounces of cheddar to 16 ounces mozzarella
