Uni, aka sea urchin roe. I hear its amazing but haven't had the opportunity.

@CountScrofula I would really love to try sea urchin.

@CountScrofula Like a creamy salt water flavor. It has to be fresh af though. If there is any hint of slime appearance it will taste rancid.
