Pizza, but no cheese?..

So, i'm thinking about making some homemade pizza. I have everything for the crust, and I will be using fresh tomatoes. But I have no cheese. Looking in the cupboard I was looking at Pasta Roni Parmesan cheese, basically a pasta dish. My idea is putting that on top, as a cheese substitute. Thoughts? Am I a mad scientist?

Lol cook some milk with corn starch and drops of vinegar. The mixture will curdle and give you cheese. Well.....kinda. Probably wouldn't taste great but at least you tried 🙈
