Pizza, but no cheese?..

So, i'm thinking about making some homemade pizza. I have everything for the crust, and I will be using fresh tomatoes. But I have no cheese. Looking in the cupboard I was looking at Pasta Roni Parmesan cheese, basically a pasta dish. My idea is putting that on top, as a cheese substitute. Thoughts? Am I a mad scientist?

Don't grate it. When the pizza is about to be done, just put some shavings of the parmesan cheese on your pizza and only let it sit in the oven for a couple of mins. It will be okay.
