me, i can pretty much cook only Cuban food and Filipino Soups

I love to cook. I'm best at Italian, Chinese and some classic French. Wish I was better at Indian. Not sure of my speciality but the thing which always works is roasted chicken breast, stuffed with chestnuts, wrapped in prosciutto, with honey glazed asparagus and pea risotto.
