What’s the worst combo of food you’ve seen someone eat?

On a cruise ship years ago, they offered clear jello squares with little squids in them. It’s the most repulsive food item I’ve ever seen.

I am pretty sure my stomach has been filled with squid and jello at the same time. Yet never in the same mouthful!
