I eat tons of it for its anti-nausea properties and it really does grow on you over time. It has gotten to the point I occasionally crave it and will just snack on chunks of crystallized ginger. I picked up this honey ginger tea concentrate from Costco that you can just mix with water for instant hot or cold sweet ginger tea(with citron) and it's quite nice.

Ive seen the crystalized ginger but isnt the taste really strong?

@TURTLEGOD It's typically used for baking. It is indeed quite strong.
