I don't get people who eat margarine.

@JimminyChristmas all my veggies are swimming in it. Good fats make the body happy. Well mine certainly appreciates it. :)

@Peaceful I try to tell people that but they don't listen. I see everyone eating bread covered in sugar for breakfast. For friggin' breakfast!! So bad!

@JimminyChristmas agreed. We have a massive sugar problem in this country. And now others. I'm low carb, medium protein, higher fats and I'm quite small again.
