I usually eat an old man breakfast. I take a bowl and fill it halfway with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and banana. I add 3/4 cup of bran flakes and then a cap full of unsalted peanuts. Add almond milk and voila!

@FadedChances I usually work out early, and it's a good balanced breakfast that isn't too heavy.
