Do you eat dry uncooked macaroni while youre cooking?

Unless youre not making macaroni then I guess youre not going to get it out to just eat it uncooked.

My neighbor always said Macaroni - my Mom said Spaghetti, I always say Pasta....Ive never tried it uncooked - but certainly tested it when it's almost ready...
