@SW-User It is real pear cider, not just flavored apple. I don't usually buy pear cider, bit I am glad I did this time. The cider selection here in Milwaukee is awesome.

@Byron8by7 Yeah! That's what I've heard! I have been drinking Cider Boys Wild Blackberry for weeks (from WI).

@SW-User Yes, a lot of what is sold here is made locally. The first hard cider I had, back in the '90s, was Woodchuck, from Vermont. I think it was the only brand they had at the store back then (in Iowa).

@Byron8by7 There are tons of microbreweries in Portland, OR (my home town) and there was one that made an outstanding hard cider! I used to go there on Fridays after work with my friend and order the clam chowder and a hard cider.

@SW-User There may be one or more such establishments that do hard cider here in the Milwaukee area. There are lots of beer microbreweries. Perhaps I will venture out soon in search of.
