Anyone hate those Snackrite crisps from Aldi?

Cheap walker rip off's,they either have no flavour, are burned, have strange objects in them like the slag at the bottom of the machine that the flavour comes from,or they are stale.
And their salt and shake have no sachet of salt or when there is one the salt is caked, what's the point?!

Some/most of the store brands of something or other NEVER taste a good as to the name brand you're knocking off. My one brother, who has no money worries (three jobs, you understand) is "cheap" when it comes to things like this, and he claims there's "no difference". He "can't tell the difference". Well, I sure can and I prefer the brand names. Coupons help, too.

Do you have a service desk or counter where you bought these and can take it in with a complaint? It might be the plant where these things were packaged. You can't be the ONLY one who has a problem.

@MaryJanine It's more intermittent,i know cheap is cheap but quality has to count if they're to keep custom.

I'm with you. We used to have an independent store when I was younger and Mom was still alive. He had occasional "store brand" items and none of them were EVER stale. I missed that store when his father died and left the store and the land under it to his daughter, who put a fancy-dancy store in with HIGH prices and weird statues. Mike Priami, where have you gone? We MISS you!
