My mum makes this weird thing with potatoes. It is the most delicious thing I've ever tasted. Don't know the recipe, though.

@Wizzlesticks Nope. I'm from Australia. It's made in a pan in very high heat. The potatoes absorb a broth.

@Wizzlesticks Their food is whatever. My mum is Chinese. But she just kind of put together the dish, so it isn't a cultural thing.
