@UndeadPrivateer depends on the brand. It's best toasted rather than eaten uncooked.

@UndeadPrivateer I think paneer doesn't melt . The type I eat is made with coconut oil.

Yeah that's a bit more like it but it's better than going without cheese. It's good for making cheese sauce and good in sandwiches with salad.
