Dinner: What should be for dinner?

I'm just trying to think of different and creative dinner options (that hopefully aren't to hard to make).

So any suggestions? Or what you like?

I love the complexity of sweet and spicy Mexican food. 😉

@themindmistress Yes Mexican food is great! Getting that liquidy melted cheese that's still a bit stringy, add some spicy Mexican meat and you could almost put your lips to it and eat it straight outta of the bowl. 🍲

I might just get me some Mexican tomorrow 😄
