I had pancakes for dinner tonight. Is that weird?

No way!! Breakfast for dinner is my FAVE!! 😋

It's Tuesday. When I was growing up, and when my kids were growing up, Tuesday was always pancakes for dinner. It was fun making different toppings for them. Mostly though we just had brown sugar or maple syrup.
