Really into fish and seafood at the moment.
I live about 20 miles from the coast and have found a good supplier who sources his stock through family fisherman.
Crab and Lobster are good. Sole; Herring; Shrimp; Prawns and Mackerel i use regularly and Coley or Haddock if i can get it fresh and not dyed or smoked.
Not all that into shellfish, which is a shame because Cockles; Winkles and Mussels are everywhere this time of year.
