What's the healthiest diet?

Trying to eat healthy. What kind of diet is the healthiest? I know Mediterranean diet is good and keto is good. I thought about going Vegan but I don't know how well that would work out.

Sorry I had to break up my comment. Fat is healthy for you by the way, your brain needs fat just like it needs everything else. The key is moderation with the healthy kind of fats.
Saturated fat is a fundamental building block for brain cells. It’s certainly interesting to consider that one of the richest sources of saturated fat in nature is human breast milk.

Similarly, cholesterol is vital for a well functioning brain. Cholesterol functions as a brain protective antioxidant. It is the raw material from which our bodies make vitamin D, a fundamental player in preserving brain function. In addition, cholesterol is the precursor for the sex hormones estrogen, progesterone and testosterone – all of which contribute to healthy brain function. While the brain constitutes about 2-3% of our total body weight, an impressive 25% of the body’s cholesterol is found in the brain. So when the FDA last year began requiring consumer warnings on certain cholesterol lowering medications related to memory decline and other cognitive issues, it wasn’t surprising.
Also try meal prepping.

There's food prepping containers you can get on Amazon. Even if you can't make a whole weeks supply, make about 3 to 4 days worth. Cook like 2 or 3 recipes that you like and double them but focus on really simple ingredients and double batch it.
