Trying to eat healthy. What kind of diet is the healthiest? I know Mediterranean diet is good and keto is good. I thought about going Vegan but I don't know how well that would work out.

Diets are not healthy. If you want to lose weight, then just eat what you know is healthy, and the parts that have a lot of fat or carbs, eat less :) Small meals is key.
@lilteacup Yeah that's why I'm saying do not do diets lol. Eat like you regularly do (unless you only dine at mcdonalds) but eat less of it. Your body will survive and you will lose weight and won't have to change what you eat.
@MartinTheFirst You're right but I did hear depriving yourself of calories is not a good way to lose weight. Apparently if you lose more then 1-2 lbs a week it's not healthy for your body. The main thing is exercise. I'm not too focused on losing weight but trying to eat foods that I know have a lot of benefits and nutrients. A person could easily lose weight off Mcdonalds if the caloric intake was less then normal but it'd still be unhealthy.
