Do people genuinely like fast food ?

i mean i eat mc donalds etc too but thats mostly cause its convenient and you can get somethgin when every other place is closed etc.

but its never something i would eat just because i like eating it

Agreed. When you're in the middle of Nowhere, IN, and you want to stay awake as you drive home and the only thing for decades is a gas station and a McDonald's, you eat McDonald's.
